1. Data we use

Depending on the features you turn on, the app may keep locally:

• the settings you choose (rhythm, duration, universe, sounds);
• the local history of saved sessions;
• reminders (days, times, sound / vibration type), if they are enabled;
• system permissions you grant (for example notifications).

COHEART does not use the camera. There is no sensor, and no coherence score.

2. Storage

Data is stored locally on your device, unless we say otherwise explicitly.

COHEART does not sell your personal data.

3. Transmission

No personal information from the wellness features is sent to third parties without your consent.

Some app-store functions (download, updates, in-app purchases if any, anonymous system diagnostics) may send technical information under Google or Apple rules.

4. Camera

COHEART does not access the camera. No photo or video is recorded.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored on the device.

6. Wellness

COHEART is a wellness app for guided breathing and cardiac coherence. It is not a medical device and does not replace a healthcare professional.

7. Your choices

You can at any time:

• deny notifications;
• delete the app;
• clear local data from Android settings, if available.
